For clinics and practices
WhatsApp for clinics and medical practices, with e-prescriptions
Flowless puts your clinic's WhatsApp in an inbox the whole team shares, with the history of every patient. For practices in Brazil, doctors issue prescriptions and exam requests through Memed and the patient gets the signed PDF on WhatsApp.
What changes for the clinic
The number patients already know
Pair the clinic's WhatsApp by scanning a QR code, the way you would for WhatsApp Web. The number stays the same and the history on the phone is kept.
Front desk and staff in one inbox
Every conversation lives in one place with the full history of each patient. Whoever picks up a chat can see what was already agreed, with no need to borrow the phone.
A profile for every contact
Your WhatsApp contacts and groups become a searchable list, so you know who you are talking to before you open the chat.
Prescriptions and exam requests through Memed
Register the clinic's doctors with their medical board details and create requests for prescriptions, exams or both. The doctor signs in Memed, a Brazilian e-prescription platform.
Signed prescriptions straight to WhatsApp
The signed PDF is stored in your account and can be sent to the patient from the connected number, right away or later as a resend.
From connecting to a prescription on the patient's phone
Connect the clinic's WhatsApp
Name the number, open WhatsApp on the front desk phone and scan the QR code shown on screen.
Add your doctors
Link each doctor to a team user, enter their CPF, board (such as CRM or CRO), state and specialty, and register them in Memed.
Request, sign and send
Create the request with the patient's details and generate a secure link that expires within 48 hours by default. The doctor signs in Memed and the PDF goes to the patient on WhatsApp.

Frequently asked questions about WhatsApp for clinics
How do I use WhatsApp for clinics with Flowless?
Create an account, pick Medicine as your segment and connect the clinic's number by scanning a QR code, as you would for WhatsApp Web. After that, conversations show up in an inbox your whole team can open.
Does Flowless have an AI receptionist for medical practices?
Flowless AI agents are a separate module that is not turned on for the Medicine segment. A clinic account includes the shared WhatsApp inbox, the contact list and digital prescriptions.
How do the digital prescriptions work?
The prescriptions module uses Memed, a Brazilian e-prescription platform. You register the doctor, create a request with the patient's details and the doctor signs through the generated link. The signed PDF is stored and can be sent to the patient on the connected WhatsApp.
Does Flowless have appointment scheduling?
Not today. Flowless handles WhatsApp conversations, contacts and digital prescriptions. It does not book or manage appointment times.
Is patient data protected?
The privacy policy explains how health data in the prescriptions module is handled under Brazil's LGPD, and states that the clinic is the controller of its patients' data. Read the full text before you sign up.
Do prescriptions work outside Brazil?
No. Memed is a Brazilian platform and doctor registration uses a Brazilian CPF and professional board. The WhatsApp connection and the shared inbox work in any country.
